How to Apply

Eligibility Requirements

  3. Meet state Financial Aid requirements: Be a California resident; U.S. 公民、永久居民或符合非居民免学费条件的学生(一).e., AB 540); maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress; not be in default on a student loan; and must not be incarcerated.

how is the MCS Amount Determined?

  1. Student’s Cost of Attendance

  2. Other available gift aid (i.e.联邦、州、机构或奖学金资助)

  3. Student self-help contribution of $7,898 (applied to all students), and a parent contribution 家庭入息超过$100,000的受供养学生(如适用).

When Will MCS be awarded and disbursed?

Possible Reasons for Awarding Delays

  • 学生注册从全日制转为非全日制(奖励基于全日制状态)
